Return & Refund Policy

☑️ You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date if the product has no defects.
☑️ If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date, and the original invoice must be provided.
☑️ The product must be in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging), except in cases of manufacturing defects.
☑️ For returns: shipping fees are paid once only.
☑️ For exchanges: shipping fees are paid twice (as the courier collects the item from the customer, returns it to the warehouse, then delivers the new product).
